*Labor is in 30 minute blocks, with the first 5 minutes free. This means if it's a 1 minute fix, you're not paying for 30 minutes of labor. Most issues can be fixed within 30 minutes. Other companies put labor in 1 hour blocks which begins from the moment they step through your door. See my unique labor warranty*** below.
**On site service is my focus to get the repair done as quickly as possible without the need to unhook your computer and bring it to my home office. I charge $1/mile starting from wherever I am leaving, so if I'm already in your town you'll not pay for miles that I don't drive.
Next Day Parts & Labor Warrenty
Parts can typically be available with overnight shipping and usually ready to install at the end of the following day.
***Rural Digital Services Warranty Details: If the final solution to fix the reported problem fails within 7 days of invoice date, there is no labor charge to come back and try another solution. If a solution is particularly complicated, more than one visit may be necessary prior to invoicing.
